A9 Sightglass is a security audit and compliance monitoring application for Atlassian Cloud, developed and maintained by A9 Consulting Group, Inc. Use of this application is subject to the following key terms:

Acceptable Use

• A9 Sightglass is licensed for use by authorized administrators of Atlassian Cloud instances
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the application
• You may not use the application to access data beyond your authorized scope
• Commercial resale or redistribution of A9 Sightglass is prohibited without written consent

Data & Privacy

• A9 Sightglass processes data within Atlassian's Forge platform sandbox
• No customer data is transmitted to external servers operated by A9 Consulting Group
• Analysis results are stored in Atlassian's secure Forge storage and expire after 24 hours

Subscription & Billing

• Billing is managed through the Atlassian Marketplace
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to Atlassian Marketplace refund policies

Limitation of Liability

A9 Sightglass is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. A9 Consulting Group, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of A9 Sightglass after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Atlassian Marketplace listing or email.
